Our Dedication to Your Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a flexible return policy, giving you 14 days or 250 miles from the delivery date to assess your purchase and decide if you'd like to return or exchange it.
Simple Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to us via email by 5 PM PDT on the 14th day following delivery. The delivery date is considered Day 0.
Return Eligibility
We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged, involved in an accident, or modified in any way. Items used as loan collateral (encumbered items) are also ineligible for return.
